Tamper Evident Hot Melt Tape is a printed tape that is primarily used to deter tampering and pilferage. This security tape is made with a message and special pattern that makes it obvious to workers whether the packages have been altered.
Tampering and pilferage are some of the most common sources of problems in the commercial and industrial packaging industry. Tamper evident tape is designed to alert and inhibit individuals from altering your packages. This security tape is made from thermoplastic polymers and coated with a synthetic rubber adhesive. The rubber adhesive forms an immediate and strong bond with a variety of surfaces that is exceedingly difficult to remove without damaging the tape and/or package. The tape is resistant to tears, splits, and moisture, and performs well in extreme temperatures from -10°F to 140°F (-23°C to 60°C).
